ZestMemory offers consultancy and training services in technological infrastructure, specifically in optimizing the performance of dynamic storage memories (RAM/Flash Arrays) for corporate databases. The courses cover computer latency analysis, bottleneck reduction in massive digital billing systems, and network IT security.
The user agrees to provide truthful information during registration and to use the content and tools solely for professional and educational purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the educational material is prohibited.
ZestMemory is not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the technical recommendations provided in the courses or consultancies. The suggested configurations and adjustments must be implemented under the supervision of qualified personnel in the client's environment.
All content, including texts, diagrams, case studies, and demonstration software, is the property of ZestMemory or its licensors. Access to the courses does not transfer any ownership rights over the material.
The user may request cancellation of their enrollment up to 48 hours before the start of the course, without penalty. ZestMemory reserves the right to modify these terms, notifying users at least 15 days in advance. In the event of substantial changes, the user may terminate the contract at no cost.
These terms are governed by the legislation of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the city of Santiago de los Caballeros.
